NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.These rules govern the free survey entry and random drawing operated by The Standard Sportsman, LLC (Sponsor).1 Sponsor and eligibilitySponsor is The Standard Sportsman, LLC, 3 Thad Lane, Little Rock, AR 72227, [email protected]. The Sweepstakes is being held in Arkansas, and governed by Arkansas law. Valid winners must be at least 18 years old when they enter. Sponsor’s officers, employees, and contractors who administer the Sweepstakes, prize donors who participate in winner selection, and their household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.2 Entry periodEntries open October 1, 2026 and ends at 5:00pm on Central Time on January 31, 2027 (Entry Period). Sponsor’s electronic submission timestamp determines whether an entry is timely. Sponsor will not accept late entries.3 How to enterDuring the Entry Period, visit http://www.buytwoduckstamps.com/#enter, provide your full name, email address, and mailing address, check the box accepting these Rules, and submit the Buy Two Duck Stamps conservation survey. The survey questions about Federal Duck Stamps are voluntary; an entrant may choose any offered response. No purchase, payment, donation, proof of purchase, or stamp serial number is required. There is one method of entry for all participants. Limit one entry per person, regardless of email address or survey responses. Entries made by bots, scripts, or fraudulent means, and duplicate entries, may be disqualified at Sponsor’s election. Sponsor receives no proceeds from Federal Duck Stamp purchases. A purchase does not affect eligibility, the number of entries, or the odds of winning.4 Optional communicationsThe separate, unchecked box for future conservation emails is optional. Selecting it does not affect entry, winner selection, or prize fulfillment. Sponsor may use the entrant’s email to administer this Sweepstakes, including winner notification, regardless of the optional email preference. A person who opts in may unsubscribe from future conservation emails at any time.5 PrizesSponsor will award the prizes listed below, subject to eligibility, timely claim, verification, and any lawful transfer requirements. Entrant specifically acknowledges that they will be ineligible for any prize if the state or jurisdiction in which they reside prohibits the receipt of such prize. No cash alternative or transfer by a winner is permitted. If a listed prize becomes unavailable through no fault of the entrant or Sponsor, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value (ARV). Sponsor will pay ordinary shipping for any prizes won, unless a stated prize-specific condition provides otherwise.Prize description Quantity ARV[DESCRIPTION] [NUMBER] $[VALUE][DESCRIPTION] [NUMBER] $[VALUE][DESCRIPTION] [NUMBER] $[VALUE]Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $[TOTAL]. NOTE – If we are doing a prize requires age, background check, licensed dealer transfer, or other special conditions, we should add those restrictions here.6 Selection and oddsAt random intervals during the 2026-2027 waterfowl season, Sponsor will randomly select a potential winner for each prize from all eligible entries received. This drawing is listed to one prize PER PERSON. Each eligible entry has the same chance in a given drawing regardless of survey answers, stamp purchases, or marketing opt in. Odds are 1 out of however many eligible entries are received and the number of prizes available. A selected person is a potential winner until the person timely responds and satisfies verification requirements.7 Notification and 24 hour response deadlineSponsor will send a potential winner an email to the address submitted with the entry, identifying the prize and stating the exact deadline to respond. The potential winner must reply to that email within 24 hours after Sponsor sends it. The 24 hour period begins at the timestamp of Sponsor’s outgoing notification, whether or not the potential winner reads the message. Sponsor may also attempt a reminder but need not do so. Entrants are responsible for providing a working email address and checking it, including spam folders. The deadline applies only to the initial response and claim, not to supplying every verification item.8 Verification and alternatesWithin five business days after timely responding, a potential winner must provide or verify the winner’s full legal name, telephone number, mailing address, age, and any reasonable identity, eligibility, tax reporting, or lawful prize transfer documents Sponsor requests. Sponsor will provide reasonable instructions for doing so. If a potential winner does not respond within 24 hours, declines the prize, cannot establish eligibility, or fails to complete verification within the stated period, the person forfeits the prize. Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries and apply the same notice and claim procedure. Sponsor may stop after three alternates for a prize, in which case that prize will remain unawarded. Sponsor will document each selection and notification.9 Taxes and deliveryWinners are responsible for taxes on prizes, if any. Sponsor may request information and issue any tax form required by law. Sponsor will arrange delivery after verification, subject to any applicable prize specific transfer conditions. No entrant must pay Sponsor or anyone acting for Sponsor to enter, claim, or receive a prize.10 AdministrationBy entering, participants agree to these Rules and Sponsor’s good faith decisions on eligibility, compliance, and administration. Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or tampered entries. If technical failure or interference materially compromises the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend it, and notify entrants through publication at https://www.buytwoduckstamps.com, and conduct a random drawing from eligible entries received before the interruption, if reasonably practicable. Sponsor will not change the material terms after entries open to an entrant’s disadvantage.11 Privacy and government disclaimerSponsor will use entry information to administer the Sweepstakes and analyze survey responses; only entrants who separately opt in will receive future conservation marketing emails. Sponsor will share winner information only as needed for verification, delivery, and legal compliance with applicable state or federal laws on Sponsor’s end. This sweepstakes is to be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Sponsor will not share the entry data of any non-successful entrant. The Buy Two Duck Stamps campaign and this Sweepstakes are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service or the U.S. Department of the Interior. Federal Duck Stamp purchases are made outside this Sweepstakes; Sponsor receives no proceeds from them and has no control over the same.
